The Church of Sin
Welcome, patrons, sinners, children....to the Church.
This is the only welcome you shall receive. It is the only one you shall need.
The Church of Sin looms ominously in the center of the City That Cannot Be Named. You can't escape its presence - the darkness seeps into your heart. If you allow it to, it will consume you, and you will become one of the Damned, doing the dirty work for the Church, gathering souls for the twisted plans that are, thus far, only whispers in the darkness of the City.
Those on the Stairwell know of the Church. They would warn you against it, warn you that the sign that mocks Hell itself is a better warning than you know.
They would be right, and you would do well to listen to them.
There is only one Preacher here, though you might not know it at first. The Preacher talks only in riddles, and refers to himself as if he were more than one being. More than one voice escapes his lips at once, though what that really means is anyone's guess.
Don't bother looking for answers here. You will find only lies.
This Church is truly for the Sinners.
For the lost ones.
For those that don't believe.
There is no faith, there is no love, there is no God.
There is only your Eternal Soul. There is only Damnation.
Heed the sign, children, and flee.
